ReDem®-Score

Estimated reading: 1 Minute

This article is about the ReDem®-Score (R-Score). This represents an objective overall assessment of the response quality of each interview.

The ReDem®-Score (R-Score for short) is an indicator in the range from 0 to 100 that evaluates the quality of an interview. It is currently calculated on the basis of five quality criteria / quality scores:

  • OES (Open Ended Score)
  • TS (Time Score)
  • GQS (Grid-Question Score)
  • CS (Certainty Score)
  • PS (Prediction Score)
  • If one or more quality attributes are missing, such as grids, the R-score is calculated from the remaining quality attributes. Only if only one criterion is present, no R-score is calculated.
  • The combination of the R-Score from the different quality scores is determined by the number of data points per score, whereby a higher weighting is achieved by more data points.  This weighting can be found in the pie chart.
  • The highest influence on the R-Score comes from the Open-Ended Score, as this quality score is the most significant quality characteristic.
