This article features the ReDem® Quality Seal, the levels of ReDem® certification and how the validity ot the quality seal can be verified.The quality seal guarantees extensive quality control of survey data according to precise criteria.,

What certification levels are there?

The following overview illustrates the three different ReDem® certificate levels:

Standard

For simple and medium-sized surveys.

Quality checks
  • Interview duration (Time Score)
  • min. 2 open ended questions

Standard Plus

For simple and medium-sized surveys that also include matrix questions.

Quality checks
  • Interview duration (Time Score)
  • min. 2 open ended questions
  • min. 1 matrix question

Extended

For surveys with extensive and complex questionnaires.

Quality checks
  • Interview duration (Time Score)
  • min. 2 open ended questions
  • min. 1 matrix question
  • min. 1 projective control question

Wo finde ich es?

1. The ReDem® Qualty seal in the quality report

Whenever a ReDem® seal of approval is assigned, it can also be found in the Quality Report. This report provides a detailed overview of the data quality and the quality controls performed. This ensures full transparency from data collection to quality checks and data cleansing.

2. The ReDem® Quality seal on the overview page

In case the ReDem® quality seal can be assigned, it can be visible on the far right on your datafile overview page (select your data file in the menu »data files«), as well as which certification level can be assigned. Additionally, the ReDem® quality seal is shown in your quality report on the same spot.

The official ReDem® quality seal can be downloaded there (PNG file, approx. 68 KB). Now you can insert it into your company's own summary reports or summaries.

3. The ReDem® Quality seal in the export file

The ReDem® quality seal can also be found in the Excel® export of your data file.

How is the validity of the quality seal guaranteed?

On our website, there is the Quality Seal Check where you can check if a ReDem® quality seal is valid. To do this, you have to insert the respective 10-digit ID of the quality seal that is to be found underneath the quality seal.

  • If your inserted ID is a gvalid quality seal, the assigned short report of the data file will open:

  • If your inserted ID is an invalid quality seal, this notification will pop up:
