Quotas overview

In this article we show you what information the quotas overview dialogue visualises, and how these can best be interpreted.

1. Open quotas overview

After you have set the quotas a widget is displayed in the overview of the cleaned data.
Click on the Button »Show more«button to open the dialogue.

2. Quota visualisation

For each defined column, all options are shown and to what degree (blue vertical bar) each option has already reached the target quota.
Quotas that have already been reached are represented by a green bar and quotas that have not yet been reached by a grey bar.
The figures shown on the bar charts represent, on the one hand, the current number of interviews that fall within a certain quota and, on the other hand, the target number of interviews for this quota.
With a click on the yellow »Edit« button you can edit the target quotas for the corresponding column. More about this under Set quotas.

As soon as you have completed all quotas and you have finished the field work, you can activate the functionQuota cleaning« . This takes both the quotas and the quality of the interviews into account when cleaning the data.
