The Quality-Report

The quality report provides a detailed overview of the data quality and the quality checks carried out. This ensure full transparency from data collection through quality control to data cleaning. In case a ReDem® quality seal is assigned, it is as well shown in the quality report.

1. How to open and manage the Quality-Report

On the overview page to your data file you will see immediately on the far right side if the ReDem®-Gütesiegel can be assigned and which certificate level was reached (1). Now click on the far right side on the three dots next to »Quality-Report« (2).

The quality report opens in a new tab. You can also share the link (URL) with others, e.g. with clients.

The official ReDem® quality seal can be downloaded here (PNG file, approx. 68KB). Now you can insert it into your company's own final reports or survey summaries.

1. Einstellungen

In the tab »Settings« you have the option of making additional settings.

(1) Here you can upload the logo of your client company to individualize the report. Underneath you can enter the name of the client. This will appear in the report as »Report created for«.
(2)Here you can select if you want to show the quality score details in the report or not. If you do not select to display the details, the quality report will contain only the information on the ReDem® seal of approval, but not the detailed list of the various scores applied:

Open-Ended-Score / Time-Score / Item-Battery-Score / Prediction-Score / Certainty-Score. This provides a more compact overview of the ReDem® quality report, which may be more suitable depending on your client's interests. If you would like a more detailed insight into the various quality scores, you can simply have them shown.

(3) Here you can select if you want the quality report to contain only the short report or the comprehensive overview The short report is a shortened version of the comprehensive quality report and contains a summary of the key details:
- - - Name of the data file
    - Performed by
    - Report created for
    - Number of respondents after cleaning
    - Eliminated responses
    - Method of data imput
    - Date of creation and cleaning limits (scores)
    - And the ReDem® quality seal in case your study qualified for it.
(4) You can protect your report with a password of your choice to protect the quality report additionally. For that you can create easily a password that has to be used when opening the quality report via the link (URL). The password can be changed by admin users as well as standard user. After that you click on »Save«.

In the tab »Share« (5) kann der Link zum Qualitätsbericht als URL kopiert oder der dazugehörige QR-Code heruntergeladen werden. Klicken Sie dann auf »Save«.

2. Structure of the report

The quality report is available as a unique website. This link can be shared with clients to enable insight in the summary of your quality report. Here you can find an example for a quality report.

(1) Short report: The essential information about your data file is summarized here:
- - Name of the data file
  - Performed by
  - Report created for
  - Number of respondents after cleaning
  - Eliminated responses
  - Method of data imput
  - Date of creation and cleaning limits (scores)
(2) ReDem® quality seal – OPTIONAL: In case the ReDem® quality seal could be asserted, it can be seen on the right side of your quality report, as well as which quality level could be reached. You can download he official ReDem® quality seal there (PNG-file, approx. 68KB). Now you can insert it into your own reports or survey summaries.
(3) ReDem®-Score charts: In this section are the following three diagrams to give you the best possible interpretation of the ReDem® score.
- - ReDem®-Score:
    - Mean of all individual scores
    - Impact of the quality scores (pie chart)
  - Distribution of the ReDem®-Scores: Shows you how many data sets can be found in a certain score range.
  - ReDem® traffic lights: Shows the percentage of data records in one of the five traffic light ranges.

– Grey = no score
– Red = bad quality
– Yellow = moderate quality
– Light green = good quality
– Green = excellent quality

(4) Tabelle der Befragten: At the bottom there is a detailed table showing the respondents in order to provide full transparency about the quality control. The individual data sets and their respective values for the quality scores are listed here. The table includes the following information:
- - Quality control passed (Passed / Failed / Not yet checked)
  - Data set ID, ReDem® score, as applied: Open-Ended-Score, Time-Score, Item-Battery-Score, Prediction-Score, Certainty-Score and the cleansing method
