Data table view

The data table view shows you your imported data. In addition, you will find all the information calculated by ReDem® in separate columns.

Navigate to data table

In the Raw data view or in the Cleaned data view click on the icon with the three dots to open the menu. You will then find the option »Data table«.

Overview of the table view

When opening the data table, you get a comprehensive overview of all imported information as well as the data created by ReDem, including the scores, which are displayed in additional columns.

 

  • The columns generated by ReDem are highlighted by light green column headers .
  • To view details on individual interviews click on the info icon in the corresponding row.
  • To include or exclude individual interviews, use the switch in the »Include«. For details, see the article on individual cleaning.
  • To visually highlight data records, the stars in the »Mark« column can be selected with one click.
  • Columns that are highlighted in dark grey cannot be edited. This affects columns that are used for calculating scores and columns that contain ReDem-specific information. In contrast, columns that are shown in light grey are editable.
  • To save changes you have made, click on the green button at the top right »Save changes«.

Show and hide columns

  • You can show or hide certain columns. Open the dialogue by clicking on the text »Show/hide columns«.

  • In the dialogue window you have the option of selecting the columns to be displayed in the date table. To do this, use the search function to filter the available columns according to their names.

  • On the left side, all columns are listed, that are used for the calculation of the ReDem® Score. By default, the ReDem® Score and its weighting are displayed.

  • On the right side, all other columns are listed. These can be selected individually or in total. In case a column is being used for the calculation of a quality check, this is marked next to it in blue.
  • To confirm your selection, click on the button »Save«.

Sort and filter function

  • You can sort the values in the individual columns in ascending or descending order. To do this, click once on the column header to sort in ascending order, twice to sort in descending order. sorting. Columns with numerical contents are sorted numerically, columns with text contents or mixed contents are sorted alphabetically.
  • You can also filter the columns according to individual conditions. To do this, click on the filter symbol Filter icon .
