Weighting based on Quality Scores

Estimated reading: 1 Minute

Summary: This is about weighting based on Quality-Scores.

In addition to cleaning the data file, you can also carry out a weighting based on individual Quality Scores. Data records with a higher Score are therefore given a higher weighting than data records with a lower Score. To weight a data file, proceed as follows:

1. Open weighting dialogue

  • Click on the button with the three dots to expand the menu.
  • Then select »Weighting«. The weighting dialogue opens.

2. Select weighting options

  • Select which Quality Scores should be used to calculate the weighting factor.
    • If you select all Scores, the weighting is based on the R-Score.
  • Confirm your selection by clicking on the button »Apply«.

  •  The weighting factors are calculated and added to the data table as an additional column under the name »R-Weight«.
  • All diagrams are also displayed in a weighted format.
