First steps with ReDem® - Ex post analysis

With ReDem® you can check the data quality of your survey data in a matter of minutes, then cleanse and export it directly. In this article, we explain the steps you need to take before the first upload.

To note before the first upload

1. Ensure that there are sufficient items in your questionnaire that can be used for the quality check. These can be open-ended questions, matrix questions or optionally projective control questions .

2. Export your raw data from your survey tool in Excel Format (.xlsx).
You can do this step either after the end or during the field phase with intermediate cleanings. We recommend the first upload however only after a minimum sample size of 200 cases.

3. Now start the data upload.
