Data export in Excel format

You have the option to export a spreadsheet containing the data records and all the data generated by ReDem®, including Scores, OE-Quality Categories and Weights, in .xlsx format. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Open the export dialogue

  • Click on the »Export« button to open the dialogue.

2. Select the export options

  • Select from the following export options:
    • Cleaned data-records – Remaining data records after data cleaning.
    • Excluded data-records – Export of data records that have been removed by the cleaning process.
    • All data-records with cleaning variable – All imported data records are exported and an additional column with the column header »Include« is added. »True« means quality check passed and »False« means quality check failed.

  • Confirm your selection by clicking on the »Export« button.
    • An info dialogue appears to inform you that the file is currently being downloaded. As soon as the info dialogue closes, the export is finished.
